Bestseller news: new to the New York Times bestseller list this week and charting high is Let Me Finish by Chris Christie (Hachette Books), debuting at #5 on both the Print Hardcover Nonfiction and Combined P&E bestseller lists. Our February selection for Hachette Reads, Maid by Stephanie Land, debuts on the New York Times Business (monthly) list at #4. HBG’s distribution clients have two books on the New York Times list this week.

Acquisition news: Little, Brown announced a new book from bestselling author and Revisionist History host Malcolm Gladwell – Talking to Strangers, Gladwell’s first book since his #1 bestseller David and Goliath was published five years ago. Talking to Strangers offers an incisive and powerful examination of our interactions with strangers—and why they often go wrong. Publication is set for September 10, 2019.
